Don’t Guess. Start Here.

reactive? sensitive? handling issues? aggression? stubborn?

Before spending hundreds or even thousands on training solutions for your dog’s behaviors, start here. Why?

Why? Because how we feel is linked to how we behave.

Research suggests that up to 80% of pet behavior cases have an underlying pain component.

Dogs who are stiff, in pain, sore, uncomfortable, itchy, or otherwise not feeling well, are more likely to display reactive, aggressive, overaroused, compulsive, and other “bad” behaviors.

This means, training may not be the solution.

Well, this might not actually be the best way to look for those subtle signs of pain. Dogs are hardwired to protect themselves and not show weakness, especially when anxious. At the vet, they will most likely hide those signs.

The Dynamic Dog process makes sure your dog is always in a comfortable space so that they will be more likely to show us how they’re really feeling. Once we get this evidence, you can then take it to your vet for the next steps!

Maybe a Vet Check will do the trick?

The Dynamic Dog Assessment is a comprehensive consultation and look at your dog’s history, routines, home environment, how they move, and day-to-day wellness to identify potential discomfort and its impacts on behavior.

  • The Deep Dive Consultation

60-90min virtual consultation held over zoom.

Be prepared to answer a lot of questions about your dog, their history, routines, your home environment, their behavior, and more. Some might seem silly but there may be important information to be learned!

  • Evidence Taking

You will be given a checklist to take specific photos and videos so that we can analyze them. This will be done in and around your home so your dog is most comfortable.

We do offer assistance with this step if you are within our service area for a fee.

  • The Report Write-Up

We will take what you have given us and will write up a comprehensive report detailing your dog’s functional assessment and the next steps to take.

This report will be primed to send to your veterinarian to provide valuable information and aid in their assessment.

  • The Follow Up Call

30-45min virtual call held over zoom.

We will go over what was found during the analysis in easy to understand language, since the report is written in veterinary terminology.

We will continue to support you beyond this session to make sure you and your dog get the help you need!
